Own your own place in Cornwall — and enjoy it whenever you choose

Holiday Home Ownership at Little Dinham
Little Dinham provides a peaceful and thoughtfully managed setting for holiday home ownership.
Located beside the River Camel and accessed via a quiet country lane, the park offers seclusion within well-kept, natural surroundings.
Here, the emphasis is on calm, space, and simplicity — a place to relax away from the busier parks and tourist hotspots
Not your typical park
We are a small, independent holiday park. There are no bars, clubhouses or organised evening events. Owners choose Little Dinham for its space, greenery, gardens and quiet atmosphere — a setting intentionally designed for relaxation and to deliver Cornwall how its meant to be..
Our focus is simple: to maintain a cared for, well-spaced and respectful environment where owners can enjoy Cornwall at their own pace.
This allows owners to experience the best of North Cornwall during the day — and return to genuine tranquility of Little Dinham in the evening.

Quietly Positioned in North Cornwall
Little Dinham is quietly tucked away beside the River Camel, yet remains just 10 minutes from Rock, Daymer Bay, Polzeath and Wadebridge.
This central location allows owners to enjoy Cornwall’s beaches, coastal walks and restaurants during the day — before returning to a rural setting removed from peak-season traffic and evening bustle.
Approached via a country lane, the park offers a genuine sense of separation while remaining conveniently connected to the area’s most sought-after destinations.
Close to everything — yet away from it all.

A Trusted, Family Run Park

Little Dinham Holiday Park is a Family run business and a member of HARPA (formerly the BH&HPA).
Being part of HARPA means we follow recognised industry guidance and use clear, straightforward agreements — ensuring ownership is fair, transparent and clearly set out from the start.
We take a long-term view of the park’s future, with a second generation of the family now actively involved in its management. Many of our owners have been part of the Little Dinham community for over 25 years, reflecting the consistency and care that define the park.
As a recognised David Bellamy Conservation Award park, we actively look after the natural setting that makes Little Dinham so special — from our woodland surroundings, creek habitats and the walks along the Camel Estuary.
Ownership at Little Dinham is built on clarity, care and long-term commitment.
