Booking Terms and Conditions

DEPOSITS: Deposits are required to secure all bookings which are non-refundable. See price list for deposit amount.

CANCELLATIONS: Full payment will be due on holidays cancelled less than 6 weeks before holiday commencement.

Final balance is due four weeks prior to your arrival. Accommodation could be re-let if final payment has not been received by this time.

If you have not arrived by 10pm on day of commencement we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation.

Ages of all persons under the age of 21 to be entered in the booking form alongside their name.

The maximum number of people (any ages) in any accommodation, must not exceed the berth of the accommodation.

Only those people listed on the Booking Form/Confirmation can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities on the site. If this legal requirement is not met, your booking will be invalidated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund given.

IF YOU HAVE FRIENDS WHO WISH TO VISIT YOU WHILST YOU ARE STAYING WITH US, PLEASE NOTIFY RECEPTION.

UNREASONABLE BEHAVIOUR: For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation, where the unreasonable behaviour of a person named on the booking form or other guest might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.

No single sex groups or young people accepted.

No camper vans/commercial vehicles

All accommodation must be left as you found it, in a clean and tidy condition.

Any breakages must be paid for.

No pets are allowed to be left unattended in any accommodation or on site and must be kept on a lead whilst on site.

All our accommodation are NON SMOKING.

The management reserve the right to enter accommodation for the purpose of maintenance or inspection.

The swimming pool has a coded entrance followed by a sign in book. Please note that no lifeguard monitors the pool so please adhere to all rules. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. No single swimmers of any age at any time. No dogs, food or drink allowed in pool area. We unfortunately cannot allow any guest or visitors to the park to use the swimming pool. This is due to our insurance policy.

Maximum speed limit on site is 5 m.p.h.

QUIET RULE

From dark, no groups of persons to congregate or wander around the park.

From 10.30 all radios, televisions, etc must be kept inaudible from the next caravan.

If you have been asked to be quiet, please don’t take offence but please consider the other caravans who might be trying to sleep.

Bicycles are permitted but not to be brought inside or left leaning against any accommodation.

We reserve the right to ask any family to leave (with no financial compensation) if they don’t comply with these rules.

We endeavour to keep all our facilities open through the season. We regret that we are unable to accept liability for closure of any facilities due to maintenance or breakdown etc.

These rules are necessary to maintain the ambience of the park.

Terms and Conditions

BOOKING OUR SELF-CATERING HOLIDAY LODGES

All the information on our literature and website is believed to be correct but we cannot accept liability for losses arising from any unforeseen changes, errors or misunderstandings and we reserve the right to alter or amend the facilities we offer.

Booking and Payment A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued by Little Dinham Ltd. The deposit amount is specified on our price list and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to your arrival. If full payment is not received by this time, the accommodation may be re-let and your deposit forfeited.

Bookings made less than six weeks before arrival require payment in full at the time of booking. If you have not arrived by 10:00pm on the day of commencement without prior notice, we reserve the right to re-let the accommodation.
Cancellations If you cancel more than six weeks before your arrival, only the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel less than six weeks before your arrival, the full hire charge remains payable unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. If successfully re-let, we may offer a refund minus the deposit. We strongly recommend that guests take out holiday insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
Force Majeure Little Dinham Ltd shall not be liable for any changes, cancellations or limitations to your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, utility failure, government restrictions, or staff illness.
Check-in and Check-out Check-in is from 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 9:00am on the day of departure. All accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Excessive cleaning may incur an additional charge.
Occupancy and Age Restrictions Only those listed on the booking form may occupy the accommodation and use park facilities. The number of guests must not exceed the stated berth of the accommodation. Same-sex groups, stag or hen parties, and unaccompanied young people are not accepted.
Visitors If you expect visitors during your stay, please notify reception in advance. Visitors are not permitted to use the swimming pool or other facilities.
Conduct and Behaviour Guests must behave in a considerate manner and not disturb other park users. We reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation where the behaviour of a guest is deemed unacceptable.

From dusk, groups must not congregate or roam the park. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from with facilities, including games rooms and play park, being closing at 9pm with absolute quietness from 9:30pm. Park curfew at 10pm. Radios, TVs and other noise must be kept inaudible to neighbouring accommodation. If you are asked to reduce noise, please do so without offence.
Vehicles and Parking Each unit includes dedicated parking (maximum of 1–2 cars depending on unit type). No commercial vehicles, campervans, or large vans are allowed on site. The speed limit throughout the park is 5mph.
Pets Pets must be declared at the time of booking. Pets are not to be left unattended and must be kept on a lead at all times. Pets are not permitted in bedrooms. Any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets may incur a charge.
Smoking All accommodation is non-smoking. Guests who smoke inside will be liable for deep-cleaning charges.
Breakages and Damage Please report any breakages or damage immediately. We do not charge for minor accidental breakages, but we reserve the right to charge for deliberate or negligent damage, up to a maximum of £350.
Swimming Pool Use of the indoor pool is for registered guests only. A coded entrance and sign-in system is in place. Children under 16 must be supervised. No lifeguard is on duty. No solo swimming is permitted. No pets, food, or glass allowed in the pool area. Failure to follow pool rules may result in access being withdrawn.
Facilities We endeavour to keep all facilities open throughout the season, but closures due to maintenance, breakdown, or staffing may occur without notice. No compensation will be offered for temporary facility closure.
Bicycles Bicycles are allowed but must not be brought into accommodation or leaned against it.
Right of Entry We reserve the right to enter accommodation for maintenance, inspection, or health and safety reasons.
Liability Guests stay at Little Dinham at their own risk. We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained during your stay unless caused by our proven negligence.
Estuary Access The estuary is outside park boundaries and is a protected natural habitat. Use of this area is entirely at your own risk. No safety cover is provided. Children must be supervised. Please respect wildlife.
Alternative Accommodation. No alternative accommodation, camping, motorhomes, roof tent etc, are permitted on park. Only the accommodation provided can be used for guest that are on the booking form.
Acceptance of Terms By confirming a booking and/or making payment, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to require the immediate departure of guests who fail to comply.
